You can review candidate profiles and assessment information, then interview candidates if you wish. The selection approach is agreed with your firm. 

Specific hours and time-zone coverage are agreed during role discovery, taking your Australian office location into account. 

Onboarding includes confidentiality requirements and a data security briefing. Approved system access and permissions are documented with the permitted scope of work and communication boundaries.
